WOW. don't come here unless you been paddlin for some time. Although a bit easier than CL5 I have done in other states, this still comes at you fast. Not easy to find a place to stay if looking for a room as it was stated here. Wasn't hard to find a place and park for the night though and with a mini van with DVDs, we snuggled up nice, with noone to bother us. Oh yeah, nice and cool at night (although summer) glad we had a lot of blankets and ways to stay warm....

Bald Mountain Trail
Lovely description I'd go out and hike it today if your article included where the access was for it. Too bad I was already to go too....

...ne contribution to global warming and obviously the fact that we will eventually outgrow our environment. I suggest rebuilding ontop of old houses if you have the money to build a new house at all otherwise, renovate.I also wish to somehow reduce population which is nearly impossible to do all over the world, china has a good system for that (though a little strict its neccessary you only need two at the most anyway more than that is just rediculous) in building, we need roads, well when it rains the roads and the houses prevent the acidic rain from penetrating and filtering throughout the peat and other minerals in the ground. This filtration helps maintain proper ph (affects fish immensely) and filter sediment out (which hinders the gills of fish)not to mention aids in producing topsoil. so the acid rain is now draining in ditches and along the road into ... sadawga, harriman res., and any other local streams which WILL go to larger bodys of water affecting the fish in numerous ways. I'm just a local catch and release fisherman who has left home to make a difference at home and aro...

...me of the Berkshire Express, the region's only 6 passenger high-speed chairlift, which brings you to the summit in less than 5 minutes! The mountain is also served by 2 quads, 3 triples, a double, and two magic carpets.

In 2007, Jiminy Peak became the first ski resort to construct its own wind turbine on property, for the purpose of powering its operations. Named Zephyr, the turbine stands 386 feet tall, and produces about a third of the total energy requirements of the resort.

Jiminy Peak's Base Area includes a beautiful Village Center that addresses all of your needs. As you arrive and unload in the drop off area, you first notice the Paul Major welcome center. Inside you'll find the Guest Services desk, as well as a Renewable Energy Education Center. Across the way, the conveniently located Burbank Children's Center is home to Jiminy's SkiWEE and Explorer programs, and the Cub's Den Playroom.
