This lake is so wonderful. Near Mile Pond you find the Main Trail which is a great hiking trail, and there is a brilliant hiking trail close by called the Loggers Loop Trail. Mile Pond is located in the Green Mountains. If you love the outdoors you'll love it here in the Green Mountains. Why not camp at Lakeside Camping Area if you're here at Mile Pond; if you need a place to stay Coos Motor Inn is a tremendous choice. A lake nearby is McConnell Pond; why

Nulhegan Pond, and there are some splendid whitewater spots on Moose River. Big Rock Campground and Store is a good local campground; going for a hike on the Red Pine Trail is always a great adventure. Through the summertime at
Mile Pond highs are frequently in the 70's, and the overnight is a little chillier of course, regularly in the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 20's; after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures
at Mile Pond drop into the-10's. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff to do are in fact abundant here at Mile Pond. The slopes of Burke Mountain are so inviting noone can resist, and if you come at the right time of year, Nulhegan River offers some pleasant whitewater.

Is it still there????...Growing up I have had a place on maidstone lake it was my favorit spot at a kid and one day I hope to own another camp up there. I had the best time from water skiing to fishing.
