The beauty of McLam Pond is reason enough to stop by. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Wells River; at McLam Pond you can catch a glimpse of Roy Mountain. McLam Pond is one of the lakes here in the White Mountains. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the White Mountains. If you came to camp Warners Campground is a splendid location to do that, and hiking is a popular thing to do around McLam Pond; Coldwater Brook Trail is a great local trail.
