You're probably interested in lakes, Tunbridge Trout Pond is one of those nearby, and get yourself into a kayak and hit White River - First Branch. If you come at the right time of year, White River offers some great whitewater, and camping is available at Lake Champagne Campground. A good close by hotel is Woodstock Inn And Resort, and some close by water includes Broad Brook. If only every location had this much outdoors amusing stuff, what a great world it would be.
