Growing up I have had a place on maidstone lake it was my favorit spot at a kid and one day I hope to own another camp up there. I had the best time from water skiing to fishing. To me the best time of year was 4th of July because of all the fireworks and the early morning cannon going off!! and Winter snow mobiling -40 degree wether cant beet it! RED WOOD ON THE ROCKS!

    Many people like to go to Maidstone Lake. Do have a look at Walker Dam since you're here at Maidstone Lake, and a fine site for whitewater paddling is Nulhegan River. At Maidstone Lake you always meet someone from Berlin, and going for a hike on the Loon Trail is always a pleasant adventure. Maidstone Lake gets a typical amount of precipitation; August is when you get the most rain here; February on the other hand is the driest.
All through the days of summer
 
   highs here at Maidstone Lake get into the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the-10's for Maidstone Lake. This site is peerless, just check out all the enjoyable stuff to do near Maidstone Lake. Do stop by Paul Stream Pond close to Maidstone Lake, it's a beautiful lake. There's so much to do here at Maidstone Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Connolly  
               Cabins is a pleasant place for that. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Big Rock Campground and Store, and Lake Mountain is a peak you can catch a sight of from Maidstone Lake.
This lake is located in the wonderful Green Mountains. Maidstone Brook is a charming stream that is worth taking a look at, and since you're here, you could also check out wonderful Dutton Pond. Any time is a pleasant time at Maidstone Lake if you have a thing about the outdoors. Dry warm beds await you at Lancaster Motor Inn.
Now, you may believe that's a lot but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here in the Green Mountains. In case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Israel River, and nearby you come across the Moose Trail which is a great hiking trail. Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! The Green Mountains rules! The Shore Trail is a perfect hiking trail close to Maidstone Lake; Coos Motor Inn is a magnificent spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. A wooded neighborhood in the neighborhood of Maidstone Lake is Maidstone State Park, and skiing at Burke Mountain is one of those things you just ought to do.
