The beauty of Mackville Pond attracts many people from all around. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Winooski River near Mackville Pond, and a great close by hotel is Hollow Inn and Motel. Summertime highs at Mackville Pond typically tend to be in the 80's, and the nighttime is a bit chillier of course, frequently in the 50's.
