What a nice lake Lubber Lake is. Barton River has a perfect whitewater paddling spot nearby, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Mount Pisgah Trail. On a wonderful day it's a wonderful idea to spend the day at Balm of Gilead Beach; dry warm beds await you at Holiday Motel and Annex. This is no site for people who don’t like to have fun. If you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Clyde River, and if the weather

| | is magnificent, you can go for a hike along the Herbert Hawkes Hiking Trail.
All through the warm days of summer here at Lubber Lake, high temperatures usually reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. Highs during the winter are frequently in the 20's with temperatures at Lubber Lake dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. If you fancy the outdoors, you'll like Lubber Lake. day, Will-o-wood Campground is a good site to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Lubber Lake, you'll locate Pensioner Pond which is a scenic lake, and playing golf is lots of fun at Orleans Country Club.
These
mountains rock, just check out all the amusing things to do in the Green Mountains. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Lyndon Outing Club is near Lubber Lake. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Lubber Lake has to offer,
you can camp at Chargo Campground. You truly must have a thing about the Green Mountains. Burke Mountain is a brilliant local ski area, and West Charleston Dam is a scenic spot. Lakes are glorious; Toad Pond is a lake that's close
to Lubber Lake, and the South Shore Hiking Trail is a perfect hiking trail close by.
This lake is located in the wonderful Green Mountains. Lubber Lake is a good place of normal precipitation; most of the rain falls through August;
February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Super 8 Motel - Derby/Newport Area is a nice site to get some rest; some close by water includes Moody Brook.
