This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Lower Symes Pond, you'll hit upon Coburn Pond which is a striking lake, and going for a hike on the Peacham Bog Trail is always a wonderful adventure. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn & Suites is a great spot to spend a night or two. Lakes are fine; McLam Pond is a lake                  that's next to Lower Symes Pond. This lake is located in the wonderful White Mountains. All year is a magnificent time in the White Mountains if you love the outdoors. Take a side journey to McLam Brook; Harvey's Lake Cabins And Campground is a wonderful campground nearby. That right there is plenty already, but it keeps on going; Lower Symes Pond has it all. If you need a spot to stay Fairbanks Inn is a magnificent choice, and in case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Wells River. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool stuff in the White Mountains. Go for a hike on the Wrights Mountain Trail, and don't leave Lower Symes Pond without first going for a hike along the Coldwater Brook Trail.
