    Lost Pond is a lake worth visiting. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Holiday Inn Rutland/Killington Area, Vt is a nice choice, and the skiing at Bromley is tremendous. All through the days of summer here at Lost Pond, high temperatures frequently get into the 80's while overnight lows are usually in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and nighttime lows during the winter for Lost Pond tend to be in the 0's. All the outdoors  
   exciting things in the Green Mountains will keep you coming back over and over. Everybody close by loves skiing at Snow Valley; most likely you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Little Mud Pond is just a very short distance away.
This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Big Branch in the vicinity of Lost Pond, and Lost Pond is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Campground A is a delightful local campground. Be careful coming to the
 
               Green Mountains, you might not ever want to go home again. All the outdoors amusing stuff close to Lost Pond will keep you coming back persistently. A quick spree to Lake Brook close to Lost Pond is a nice idea, and there are pleasant places to discover along the Baker Peak Trail.
Yeah, come up here to the Green Mountains for a great time. There's so much to do here at Lost Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Otter Creek Campground is a perfect location for that; if you like swamps you're in luck, Elbow Swamp is right nearby. Lost Pond is a beautiful lake in the Green Mountains. Mill River is a fine whitewater spot right next door to Lost Pond; of course, this is a perfect neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Long Hole is a lake in the neighborhood.
Baker Peak is charming and can be observed from Lost Pond, and you can go for a hike on the Staples Trail. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! Lost Pond rocks! At Lost Pond you always meet someone from Rutland, and going for a hike on the Old Job Trail is always a great adventure. Dry warm beds await you at Red Roof Inn Rutland - Killington, and a pleasant visit to Swale Meadow is a glorious way to spend an afternoon.
Lost Pond is a good spot of typical precipitation; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
