This place, Lockwood Pond, it definitely has so much outdoors exciting stuff. There are nice places to explore along the Bayley Hazen Military Road Trail, and striking scenery and fine skiing is what you obtain at Smugglers Notch. For the period of the long summer days at Lockwood Pond highs are usually in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's; overnight lows throughout the winter

Resort is a wonderful location to spend a night or two. You'll stumble on a wonderful lake called Belvidere Pond near Lockwood Pond; Lockwood Pond is good enough to spend more than a day at, Lakeview Camping Area is a good local campground.
A good place for whitewater paddling right next door to Lockwood Pond is Lamoille River - Wild Branch, and hey, Gotta ski right? Jay Peak is a perfect place to do that. Yeah, come up here to the Green Mountains for a good time. Dry
warm beds await you at Town And Country Resort; at Lockwood Pond you can see Belvidere Mountain. Lockwood Pond gets a good deal of water; through August this area sees the most rain; the driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful.
