A visit to Little Mud Pond is always a good idea. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Little Mud Pond you'll probably meet some people from Barre, and playing golf is lots of fun at Woodbury Golf Course. In case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Lamoille River - Wild Branch, and Barre-Days Inn Barre/Montpelier is a good spot to get some rest. Having a delightful time in the Green Mountains is trouble-free.

| | Dry warm beds await you at Hollow Inn and Motel, and the Kettle Pond Trail is a magnificent hiking trail close by.
High temperatures at Little Mud Pond through the warm days of summer are in the 60's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are frequently in the 10's with temperatures at Little Mud Pond dipping down into the 0's throughout winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Spooners | |

Trailer Park and Campground is a delightful local campground. Little Mud Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; most of the rain falls through August while February is regularly the driest month.
You just can't envision the amount
of outdoors entertaining stuff the Green Mountains has to offer. Winooski River is a wonderful whitewater spot near Little Mud Pond, and since you're here, you could also check out wonderful Cranberry Meadow Pond. This lake is located
in the wonderful Green Mountains. What a place this is for outdoors folks. Little Mud Pond is a pleasant place to visit for more than one day, Onion River Campground is a pleasant place to camp nearby; going for a hike on the Osmore
Pond Hiking Loop is always a delightful adventure.
The view of Knob Hill from Little Mud Pond is delightful, and close by you locate the Owls Head Trail which is a delightful hiking trail.
