In Vermont there are many beautiful lakes, Limehurst Pond is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. You could also go to Staples Pond since you're here at Limehurst Pond; it's nearby. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Limehurst Pond has to offer, you can camp at Limehurst Lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the Green Mountains. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing things in the Green Mountains. Dry

For the duration of the summer at Limehurst Pond temperatures are regularly in the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's, and overnight lows at Limehurst Pond during the wintertime usually plunge into the 0's. Going for a hike on the Silver Ledge Trail is always a brilliant adventure; you can spot Clark Hill from Limehurst Pond. | |

If you love the outdoors you'll love it here in the Green Mountains. While you're here at Limehurst Pond you can play some golf at Country Club of Barre, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend
Winooski River.
After a long day outdoors Hollow Inn and Motel is a perfect spot to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Limehurst Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Lazy Lions Campground is a great location
for that. If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Limehurst Pond. Near Limehurst Pond you hit upon the Kettle Pond Trail which is a perfect hiking trail, and you can never get enough of the good skiing
at Twin Farms. There are some good whitewater spots on White River - First Branch.
This lake is so wonderful. There is a delightful hiking trail close to Limehurst Pond called the Bear Hill Trail; if you've had enough of Limehurst
Pond, Twin Ponds is close by. From a rain point of view Limehurst Pond is a relatively typical spot; all through August this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
