The New Boston Trail offers hiking at its best; you can stay the night at Chittenden Brook Campground. During       your spree to Lefferts Pond you'll meet some people from Rutland for sure; getting to Billings Brook from Lefferts Pond is easy. Whohoo, so many fun things in one place! The Green Mountains is unbeatable! Get yourself into a kayak and hit Mill River. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lefferts Pond has to offer, you can camp at Hapgood Pond - Green Mountain National Forest.
