just check out all the enjoyable stuff to do in the Green Mountains. Lake Rescue Dam is a pretty location close to Lake Rescue, and a perfect nearby hotel is Jackson Gore Inn on Okemo Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. Put some
time aside to spend at Buttermilk Falls while you're here at Lake Rescue; why not camp at Meadow Brook Campgrounds while you're here at Lake Rescue. If you want a pleasant time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Green Mountains.
You'll stumble on a scenic lake called Reservoir Pond near Lake Rescue, and in the neighborhood of Lake Rescue you discover a golf course called Okemo Valley Golf Club. Get your heart pumping on the fine whitewater of Black River,
and if the weather is wonderful, you obtain a perfect view of Dry Hill from Lake Rescue. If the weather is glorious here at Lake Rescue, you can go for a hike along the Bucklin Trail; obviously Branch Brook flows through this region.
For the period of the summer months, highs usually are in the 80's at Lake Rescue. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows
in the 10's to Lake Rescue. The high level of precipitation makes Lake Rescue a rather wet location; through August this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. The Pinnacle is an
exciting location to explore while at Lake Rescue, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Okemo.
