There's so much to do here at Lake Paran that you need to camp here for a while, Greenwood Lodge And Campsites is a great site for that; the fine people of Bennington like to hang out nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Have a great hiking adventure along the Bald Mountain Trail, and if you've had enough of Lake Paran, Lake Shaftsbury is close by. This lake is so wonderful. Mount Greylock Ski Club has pleasant slopes and a friendly staff; Lake Paran is glorious

A normal amount of rain falls here at Lake Paran; during August this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. While you're here at Lake Paran you can take a hike along the Healing Springs Nature Trail, and you can hit the slopes at Jiminy Peak in the vicinity.
