| | Mad River Glen and strap some skis to your feet. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Otter Creek, and at Lake Dunmore you can make out Bryant Mountain. Good hiking is available along the Falls of Lana Trail, and if you've had enough of Lake Dunmore, Fern Lake is nearby. This lake is so wonderful. still looking for more outdoors cool stuff just keep reading. Salisbury Municipal Forest is a forest right next door to Lake Dunmore that you can go to, and Lake Dunmore is a place with many visitors from Rutland. This lake is so
wonderful. Falls of Lana is a good local attraction, of course you could also pop by Lake Dunmore if you're here; it's not far at all. Lake Dunmore gets a typical amount of yearly rain; the month with most of the rain is August; February on the other hand is the driest.
