     This lake is located in the wonderful Green Mountains. These mountains rock, just look at all the amusing stuff to do in the Green Mountains. After a long day outdoors Holiday Motel and Annex is a brilliant place to spend a night or two, and why not head up to Lyndon Outing Club and strap some skis to your feet. This lake is so wonderful. Hampton Inn Littleton is a perfect location to get some rest; paddling on Ammonoosuc River is so much fun.
Dudley Brook
 
   is a tremendous place to pop by; whitewater paddling is brilliant on Moose River. From a rainfall point of view Johnson Pond is a relatively normal site; all through August this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is February.
If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Green Mountains. Camping at Rustic Haven Campground is always a splendid experience, and a lake close by is Bog Pond. Johnson Pond is great enough
 
               to spend more than a day at, Breezy Meadows Campground is a great local campground, and do take a hike on the Loggers Loop Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Johnson Pond is right by the Bear Den Trail, and hiking along the Main Trail is good fun.
Summer brings highs in the 80's to Johnson Pond, and the night is somewhat cooler of course, typically in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Johnson Pond. If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Johnson Pond. If you get bored of Johnson Pond, you could also stop by nearby Kirby Pond, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Burke Mountain.
