Joes Pond is a beautiful lake in the Green Mountains. This place is so good, just look at all the enjoyable things to do near Joes Pond. Really pleasant skiing awaits you at Lyndon Outing Club, and if you came for an overnight stay Sugar Ridge RV Village & Camp is a great location to camp. If you have a thing about the outdoors you'll have a thing about it here in the Green Mountains. There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Joe's Brook River; there's a tremendous

| | forest called Peacham Municipal Forest. On a brilliant day at Joes Pond you can take a hike along the Big Deer Mountain Trail, and why not go to Keiser Pond Dam since you're here. This lake is so wonderful. There is a fine hiking trail near Joes Pond called the Coldwater Brook Trail; after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn & Suites is a splendid location to spend a night or two. Inn is a delightful place to get some rest; Danville Reservoir is a good lake nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Injun Joe Court, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we
recommend Wells River. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Burke Mountain. There are other spots here than Joes Pond, for example Cow Hill Pond, and if the weather is magnificent, you can go for a hike along the
Peacham Bog Trail. An average amount of precipitation falls at Joes Pond; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. The warmest time of the year at Joes Pond arrives
with high temperatures in the 70's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. Highs through the winter are generally in the 20's; nighttime lows at Joes Pond during the wintertime usually plunge into the 0's.
