Beautiful Jobs Pond has much to offer visitors. This lake is so wonderful. A splendid close by hotel is Clyde River Hotel, and a fine sight of picturesque Job Mountain is available. Lakes are perfect; Mud Pond is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Jobs Pond; Lyndon Outing Club has good slopes and a friendly staff. So much amusing stuff to do here in the Green Mountains, too good to be true. Near Jobs Pond you come across the Mount Pisgah Trail which is

| | a delightful hiking trail, and tremendous skiing awaits you at Burke Mountain.
Jobs Pond gets a typical amount of yearly rainfall; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. All through the warm months here at Jobs Pond, high temperatures generally get into the 70's, and the overnight is fairly colder of course, generally in the 50's. 20's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Jobs Pond sink into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is pleasant on Moose River.
All year is a nice time in the Green Mountains if you go for
the outdoors. Go for a hike on the Herbert Hawkes Hiking Trail, and Random House is a good place to get some rest. Having a great time at Jobs Pond is painless. Clyde River has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby; if you came
for an overnight stay White Caps Campground is a nice location to camp. The Green Mountains scenery is always beautiful.
Going for a hike on the South Shore Hiking Trail is always a good adventure, and Will-o-wood Campground is a great campground here.
