Get your heart beating on the great whitewater of Moose River, and Jobs Pond is a wonderful place to visit for more than one day, White Caps Campground is a wonderful place to camp nearby. | | amount of precipitation. So much cool stuff in the Green Mountains, just unbelievable. Stay the night at White Caps Campground, and the Herbert Hawkes Hiking Trail offers hiking at its best.

This lake is so wonderful. Holiday Motel and Annex is a perfect spot to get some rest; the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Burke Mountain.
Long Pond is a nearby lake that you could visit, and great
hiking is available along the Mount Pisgah Trail. Through the warmest time of the year here at Jobs Pond, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 70's. Summer night lows fall down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs
are in the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Jobs Pond.
And if that's not sufficient, there's a lot more to do next to Jobs Pond. After a long day outdoors Fairbanks Inn is a fine place to spend a night or two, and at Jobs Pond
you can catch a glimpse of Job Mountain. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Jobs Pond; South Shore Hiking Trail is a great local trail, and why not head up to Lyndon Outing Club and strap some skis to your feet.
