A visit to Jewett Pond is always a good idea. Man, is there loads of enjoyable stuff to do in the White Mountains. The Groton State Forest Nature Trail is a great hiking trail near Jewett Pond; Harveys Lake Dam is an interesting thing to check out. A perfect site to camp here at Jewett Pond is Harvey's Lake Cabins And Campground, and you can never get enough of the good skiing at Burke Mountain. This lake is so wonderful.
