Many people like to go to Jewett Pond. All through the summertime months, highs commonly are in the 80's at Jewett Pond, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Jewett Pond drop into the 0's. All year is a perfect time in the White Mountains if you have a thing about the outdoors. Harvey Mountain can be spotted from Jewett

| | Pond; you can go for a hike on the Coldwater Brook Trail. Man, is there lots of amusing things to do close to Jewett Pond. Harveys Lake Dam is wonderful and it's near Jewett Pond; a great close by hotel is Fairbanks Inn. Jewett Pond gets a normal amount of yearly rain; August is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is February. Warners Campground is a delightful campground nearby, and Lyndon Outing Club has delightful slopes | |

and a friendly staff. If only every site had this much outdoors entertaining stuff, what a great globe it would be. There are some great whitewater spots on Joe's Brook River, and if you need a site to stay Comfort Inn & Suites
is a pleasant choice. Take a side spree to Jewett Brook; get yourself into a kayak and hit Wells River. This lake is so wonderful. Burke Mountain is a very popular ski area nearby, and don't leave Jewett Pond without first going for
a hike along the Groton State Forest Nature Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Harvey's Lake Cabins And Campground is a splendid local campground, and you'll find a lovely lake called Lower Symes Pond. Life's too short to enjoy
all the exciting things in the White Mountains. A wonderful lake like McLam Pond near Jewett Pond is a perfect site to check out; there are glorious locations to look at along the Peacham Bog Trail. Jewett Pond is located in the White Mountains.
