    If you are in this part of Vermont make sure to pay a visit to Hopper Pond. At Hopper Pond all through the days of summer highs are in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 30's with temperatures at Hopper Pond dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Hopper Pond is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Howell's  
   Camping Area is a fine local campground; a swamp like Spruce Swamp right next door to Hopper Pond has lots of exciting things to see. While you're here at Hopper Pond you can take a hike along the West Ridge Trail, and Little Equinox is a peak you can catch a glimpse of from Hopper Pond.
Be careful coming to Hopper Pond, you might not ever want to go home again. Whitewater paddling is magnificent on Battenkill River; a quick trip to Norton Brook is unquestionably
 
               a splendid idea. Having a splendid time in the Green Mountains is easy. A lake close by is Lake Madeleine; everyone close by loves skiing at Snow Valley. Moffitt Hollow is a pleasant place to visit close by; at Hopper Brook Dam close to Hopper Pond there are some out of the ordinary things to see.
Hopper Pond is located in the Green Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! The Green Mountains is unbeatable! If you came to camp Camping on the Batten Kill Campground is a good place to do that, and Arcady At The Sunderland Lodge is a good location to get some rest.
Paddling on Roaring Branch is so much fun; at Hopper Pond you always meet someone from Bennington. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors amusing things the Green Mountains has to offer. Barbos Lake is a nearby lake that you could explore, and hey, Gotta ski right? Bromley is a delightful location to do that. This lake is so wonderful. Have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Lye Brook Trail, and a golf course nearby is Equinox Country Club.
There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Hopper Pond. Hiking along the Healing Springs Nature Trail is brilliant fun; after a long day outdoors Manchester View Fine Lodging is a brilliant spot to spend a night or two. Hopper Pond gets a typical amount of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is typically August, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is February.
