Holland Pond is a nice lake to visit. A day on the slopes of Burke Mountain is just what you need, and a pleasant swamp in the neighborhood of Holland Pond is The Loon Hole. During the summertime months highs here at Holland Pond reach the 70's. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 50's. All through the winter highs are usually in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Holland Pond. Any time is a great time at Holland Pond if you love the

| | outdoors. While you're here at Holland Pond, you could also stop at stunning Round Pond; the Mount Pisgah East Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Holland Pond has to offer, you can camp at Char- BO Campground, and in the event that you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Clyde River. Outing Club is great. A common amount of rain falls here at Holland Pond; August is the month that gets the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. Nulhegan River has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot close
by, and if you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel - Derby/Newport Area is a brilliant choice. You'll discover a beautiful lake called Turtle Pond near Holland Pond. There's so much to do here at Holland Pond that you need to camp
here for a while, Char-Bo Campground is a splendid place for that. This lake is so wonderful. Holland Pond is right by the Pisgah Trail.
