The beauty of Higgins Pond attracts many people from all around. The Green Mountains scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Higgins Pond has to offer, you can camp at Rivers Bend Campground, and do have a look at Middlebury Water Supply, it's a striking lake. Get your heart beating on the wonderful whitewater of New Haven River, and Blue Spruce Motel is a splendid site to get some rest.

| | Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! Higgins Pond rules! Going for a hike on the Abbey Pond Trail is always a pleasant adventure, and the skiing at Mad River Glen is delightful. So many exciting things in the Green Mountains, just incredible. After a long day outdoors Sugarhouse Motel is a great location to spend a night or two, and Sugarbush is a good local ski area. the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's; night lows in the 0's for Higgins Pond.
Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting things in the Green Mountains. Higgins Pond is a glorious
site to camp, Green Mt. Family Campground is a glorious site, and you simply should stop at Bristol Rock if you're here at Higgins Pond. A typical amount of rain falls here at Higgins Pond; during the month of August you get the most
rain around here while February is generally the driest month.
This lake is so wonderful. There are tremendous spots to explore along the Oak Ridge Trail, and the summit of South Mountain can be observed from Higgins Pond. There
is a delightful hiking trail in the vicinity of Higgins Pond called the Beaver Meadow Trail, and there's a forest here called Middleblury Municipal Forest.
