Haystack Pond is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Haystack Pond you will meet lots of people from nearby Bennington, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Deerfield River. Haystack Pond gets a good deal of water; the wettest month of the year is commonly August, that's the one that rains the most while February is generally the driest month. be distinguished from here. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Haystack Pond has to offer, you can camp at Moss Hollow Campground; Haystack is a splendid local ski area.
A wonderful close
by hotel is Mt Snow Grand Summit Resort; going for a hike on the Deerfield Ridge Trail is always a good adventure. Don't you try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a glorious time here at Haystack Pond. Lakes? Sure, Searsburg Reservoir
is in the neighborhood, and the slopes of Mount Snow are so inviting nobody can resist.
