Harry Pond is a rather wet place mostly with a large amount of precipitation; August is the month that gets the most rain; the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Days Inn Barre Montpelier is a nice choice, and the sight of Foster Hill is delightful. This lake is so wonderful. Buck Lake Brook is a stream that you may come across during your stay; good hiking       is available along the Owls Head Trail. At Harry Pond through the summertime months highs are in the 60's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Harry Pond. Whitewater paddling is perfect on Lamoille River - Wild Branch, and obviously, this is a perfect area for folks who like lakes, Leech Pond is a lake in close proximity.                  Now, you may imagine that's a heap but there's even more exciting things to do here in the Green Mountains.
