If you came to camp Millpond Campground is a delightful site to do that. It's a good idea to explore Loveland Brook, it's near Guillmettes Pond. There's so much to do here at Guillmettes Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Hazen's Notch Campground is a great spot for that. Guillmettes Pond is a wet spot that gets a great deal of rain; August is when you get the most rain here while February is the month with       the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. You get a splendid vista of Hardwood Hill from Guillmettes Pond, and you can never get enough of the glorious skiing at Jay Peak. Through the summertime here at Guillmettes Pond, high temperatures generally reach the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Guillmettes Pond. Get drenched paddling on Gihon River,                  and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Bayley Hazen Military Road Trail. Whohoo, so many fun things in one place! Guillmettes Pond is so good! Whitewater paddling is glorious on Missisquoi River; tremendous skiing awaits you at Smugglers Notch.
