Hiking along the Groton State Forest Nature Trail is glorious fun, and a beautiful lake like Beaver Pond is a great spot to stop by. And that's not all you can do here in the Green Mountains. Have a great hiking adventure along the Hosmer Brook Trail. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lake Groton has to offer, you can camp at Big Deer Campground.
