If you are in Caledonia county it's always a good idea to stop by Groton Pond. Groton Pond gets a common amount of precipitation; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. There is a great hiking trail in the neighborhood of Groton Pond called the Coldwater Brook Trail. High temperatures at Groton Pond during the warmest time of the year are in the 70's. | | 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's while the cold winter nights at Groton Pond are in the 0's.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. Camping is available at Stillwater Campground, and Groton Pond Dam is delightful. There's whitewater on Joe's Brook River for all you thrill seekers, and Hollow Inn and Motel is a good spot to get some rest. So much cool stuff in the Green Mountains, just extraordinary. can be observed from Groton Pond, and going for a hike on the Hosmer Brook Trail is always a pleasant adventure.
Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable things in the Green Mountains. A lake close by is Ricker Pond, and do
stop by Beaver Brook while you're here at Groton Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart beating on the good whitewater of Wells River, and camping at Ricker Campground is always a splendid experience. The Groton State Forest
Nature Trail is a delightful hiking trail in the vicinity of Groton Pond, and a wonderful close by hotel is Barre-Days Inn Barre/Montpelier.
This lake is located in the wonderful Green Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Groton
Pond is not the only place nearby, Lake Groton is a nearby lake; while here here do take a look at nearby Boulder Beach.
