Griffith Lake is a beautiful lake in the Green Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Gotta ski! Bromley is a splendid spot to do that, and swamps are out of the ordinary spots and Elbow Swamp near Griffith Lake is no exception. Dry warm beds await you at The Equinox; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Big Branch. This lake is so wonderful. Griffith Lake. Camping is available at Campground B, and close by you find the Staples Trail which is a splendid hiking trail. That right there is lots already, but it keeps on going; Griffith Lake has it all. Griffith Lake is not
far at all from Rutland. This is a delightful vicinity for people who like lakes. Little Mud Pond is a lake nearby, and on a tremendous day you can take a hike along the Lake Trail. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Griffith
Lake. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Griffith Lake temperatures plunge to
the 0's. Griffith Lake is a wet place that gets a lot of precipitation; all through the month of August you get the most rain around here, and February is the month with the least moisture. Nearby lakes? Sure, Long Hole is near Griffith Lake; Avalanche Motel is a great place to get some rest.
