    Griffith Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Man, is there a lot of entertaining stuff to do in the Green Mountains. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Griffith Lake has to offer, you can camp at Campground B; get wet paddling on Mill River. Griffith Lake is a delightful spot to visit for more than one day, Campground A is a delightful spot to camp nearby; dry warm beds await you at Manchester View Fine Lodging.  
   Summertime highs at Griffith Lake generally tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Griffith Lake.
You absolutely must fancy the Green Mountains. Whitewater paddling is splendid on Big Branch; Bromley is a wonderful local ski area. The high level of precipitation makes Griffith Lake a reasonably wet site; most of the
 
               rain falls through August; February meanwhile is the driest month. Hiking along the Staples Trail is magnificent fun, and you'll find a lovely lake called Long Hole.
Griffith Lake is located in the Green Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. At Griffith Lake you always meet someone from Rutland; Inns at the Equinox is a good place to get some rest. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Griffith Lake. Griffith Lake is right by the Lake Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Baker Peak Trail, and the slopes of Snow Valley are so inviting noone can resist. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff at Griffith Lake. Don't miss out on a brilliant swamp; Elbow Swamp is right here at Griffith Lake, and at Griffith Lake you can see Baker Peak. While you're here at Griffith Lake, you could also pop by scenic Little Mud Pond, and everyone loves Swale Meadow.
