Goslant Pond is always a pleasure to visit. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the Green Mountains has to offer. An afternoon playing golf at Woodbury Golf Course is always a joy, and a great site for whitewater paddling is Joe's Brook River. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is perfect here at Goslant Pond, you can go for a hike along the Owls Head Trail; after a long day outdoors Hollow Inn and Motel is a pleasant site to spend

| | a night or two. The amount of rainfall that falls at Goslant Pond is close to the national average; August is the wettest month with most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
There's so much to do here at Goslant Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Stillwater Campground is a nice place for that; the Kettle Pond Trail is a brilliant hiking trail nearby. Blake Hill is picturesque and can be seen from Goslant Pond, and Barre-Days Inn | |

Barre/Montpelier is a delightful place to get some rest. This lake is one of the great places here in the Green Mountains.
If you love the outdoors, you'll love Goslant Pond. A lake close by is Osmore Pond, and a day at Boulder
Beach is time well spent. This lake is so wonderful. You could also check out Peacham Pond if you're here at Goslant Pond; it's nearby, and this is a popular spot for people from Barre. Through the days of summer highs here at Goslant
Pond get into the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and overnight lows at Goslant Pond through the wintertime generally sink into the 0's.
Stay the night at New Discovery Campground. Whohoo, so many enjoyable things in one place! The Green Mountains rocks! Near Goslant Pond you come across the Osmore Pond Hiking Loop which is a brilliant hiking trail; get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Winooski River.
