Forest Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. Lots of folks from Berlin come to Forest Lake; going for a hike on the Number Six Road is always a good adventure. Summer at Forest Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and night lows all through the winter for Forest Lake tend to be in the-10's.

If the weather is delightful, you acquire a perfect view of Cole Hill from Forest Lake, and a good place to camp here at Forest Lake is Big Rock Campground and Store. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Nulhegan River; close by you locate the Gaudette Tote Road which is a delightful hiking trail. next to Forest Lake, and why not camp at Lakeside Camping Area while you're here at Forest Lake. Go for a hike on the Gore Trail; Burke Mountain is a great local ski area. This lake is so wonderful. Black Brook is a delightful
stream that is worth visiting, and there's whitewater on Mohawk River for all you adrenaline people. Forest Lake gets a common amount of yearly rain; through August this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
