If you are traveling by, why not stop by Echo Lake. During the days of summer at Echo Lake highs are generally in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Echo Lake dip into the 10's. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Killington, and enjoy a round of golf at Okemo Valley Golf Club. So many cool things

| | to do at Echo Lake, so little time. While you're here at Echo Lake you can take a hike along the Juggernaut Trail. A beautiful lake like Amherst Lake in close proximity to Echo Lake is a great site to check out; paddling on Black River is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. is a great local campground, and dry warm beds await you at The Pointe at Castle Hill Resort. So many exciting things to do in the Green Mountains, not enough time. Some nearby water includes Buffalo Brook, and Echo Lake is a
splendid site to camp, Coolidge State Park is a splendid site. This lake is one of the great places here in the Green Mountains. This place, the Green Mountains, has so much outdoors exciting things. On a splendid day at Echo Lake
you can take a hike along the Barnard Trail, and don't forget to explore Carpenter Point since you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Really fine skiing awaits you at Okemo, and after a long day outdoors Echo Lake Inn is a good
site to spend a night or two. Echo Lake typically gets a great deal of rain; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; the driest month is February. There is a delightful hiking trail near Echo Lake called the Bucklin Trail; there's always Lake Rescue Dam to take a look at right next door to Echo Lake.
