Do stop by Echo Lake while you're in this part of Vermont. There's delightful hiking along the Bucklin Trail, and don't forget to take a look at Carpenter Point if you're here. So many enjoyable things to do at Echo Lake, so little time. West River has a good whitewater paddling spot nearby; Okemo Valley Golf Club is a golf course close by. Visit Buffalo Brook while you're here at Echo Lake, and you can stay the night at Sugarhouse Campground. That right

You don’t have to go far from Echo Lake to make out the water at Lake Rescue Dam, and Jackson Gore Inn on Okemo Mountain is a good site to get some rest. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff in the Green Mountains. on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Black River, and perfect hiking is available along the Barnard Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
Don't leave Echo Lake without first going for a hike along the Juggernaut Trail, and you'll find a gorgeous lake called Amherst Lake. Be careful coming to the Green Mountains, you might not ever want to go back home again. After a
long day outdoors The Pointe at Castle Hill Resort is a magnificent place to spend a night or two, and on a pretty day you acquire a delightful view of Blueberry Hill from Echo Lake. Just can't get enough of Echo Lake. There's
so much to do here at Echo Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Coolidge State Park is a brilliant site for that; the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Killington. The Green Mountains scenery is always
beautiful. While you're here at Echo Lake, you could also go to scenic Lake Rescue; you can hit the slopes at Okemo in close proximity. For the period of the long summer days here at Echo Lake, high temperatures commonly get into
the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Echo Lake are in the 10's.
