Echo Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Green Mountains. A day on the slopes of Lyndon Outing Club is just what you need, and there is a nice hiking trail nearby called the Mount Pisgah East Trail. Going for a hike on the Pisgah Trail is always a pleasant adventure, and Echo Lake is not the only place nearby, Pensioner Pond is a nearby lake. That right there

| | is lots of amusing stuff already but it goes on, the Green Mountains has it all. You can catch a glimpse of Deer Hill from Echo Lake. There's so much to do here at Echo Lake that you need to camp here for a while, White Caps Campground is a delightful location for that.

is February. All the outdoors fun things near Echo Lake will keep you coming back persistently. If you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Clyde River, and you can stay the night at
Will-o-wood Campground.
This lake is so wonderful. A lake nearby is Toad Pond; after a long day outdoors Holiday Motel and Annex is a wonderful location to spend a night or two. The snow is pleasant at Burke Mountain, and there
are perfect places to explore along the Mount Pisgah Trail. Why not have a look at Echo Lake Dam since you're here.
At Echo Lake all through the summer months highs are in the 70's while nighttime lows are generally in the 50's.
Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Echo Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is perfect on Barton River; a wonderful nearby hotel is Super 8 Motel - Derby/Newport Area.
