Beautiful Echo Lake has much to offer visitors. Barton River is a magnificent whitewater spot near Echo Lake, and the Herbert Hawkes Hiking Trail is a splendid hiking trail nearby. From Echo Lake you acquire a good view of Deer Hill, and White Caps Campground is a tremendous campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Head up to Lyndon Outing Club and strap some skis to your feet; Will-o-wood Campground is a great local campground.

also go to lovely Toad Pond. If you need a spot to stay Holiday Motel and Annex is a great choice.
High temperatures at Echo Lake during the warm months are in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's.
