This lake is so wonderful. Getting to Dutton Brook from Dutton Pond is painless, and if you come at the right time of year, Nulhegan River offers some magnificent whitewater. Hiking along the Moose Trail is delightful fun, and a good nearby hotel is Coos Motor Inn. This lake is so wonderful. Dutton Pond is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Connolly Cabins is a perfect local campground,       and glide down the rapids of Israel River in a kayak. So many entertaining things in the Green Mountains, just amazing. Going for a hike along the Loon Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. Lakes? Sure, Paul Stream Pond is in the vicinity. Dutton Pond is a beautiful lake in the Green Mountains. The top of Bald Mountain is easily seen from Dutton Pond, and camping at Big Rock Campground and Store is always a tremendous experience.                  And that's not everything you can do here in the Green Mountains. The fine folks of Berlin like to hang out close by, and Lancaster Motor Inn is a wonderful location to get some rest. Through the summer months at Dutton Pond highs are regularly in the 70's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. During the winter the highs are usually in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Dutton Pond. What a location this is for outdoors people. Have a glorious hiking adventure along the Shore Trail, and not far from Dutton Pond you'll locate Hoskins Pond which is a scenic lake.
