    Go to Lake Dunmore if you want to go to a nice lake. There's great hiking along the Nature Trail. Lakes are nice; Silver Lake is a lake that's near Lake Dunmore. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Lake Dunmore. You can run the rapids of Otter Creek in close proximity to Lake Dunmore, and you can take a little tour to Lake Dunmore Dam since you're here at Lake Dunmore. If you need a spot to stay Courtyard By Marriott Middlebury is a great choice;  
   you can hit the slopes at Mad River Glen around here.
This lake is so wonderful. Take a little trip to North Branch Sucker Brook since you're here at Lake Dunmore, and why not camp at Point Counterpoint if you're here at Lake Dunmore. All through the warm days of summer here at Lake Dunmore, high temperatures regularly reach the 80's; the overnight is slightly cooler of course, ordinarily in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the
 
               20's; after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Lake Dunmore drop into the 0's. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things at Lake Dunmore. At Lake Dunmore you can see Oak Hill; there's whitewater on Middlebury River for all you thrill seekers.
And that's not everything there is to do here in the Green Mountains. This is a magnificent area for people who like lakes. Lake Dunmore is a lake close by, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Keewaydin Trail. Lake Dunmore is one of the lakes here in the Green Mountains. A perfect nearby hotel is The Middlebury Inn, and since you're here you will meet lots of folks from close by Rutland.
So many amusing things in the Green Mountains, just unbelievable. A trip to Falls of Lana will fill your spirit with tremendous feelings; Sugarbush has tremendous slopes and a friendly staff. Just can't get enough of the Green Mountains. A pleasant place to camp here at Lake Dunmore is Waterhouse Campground and Marina. The yearly rain here at Lake Dunmore is about average; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain; February on the other hand is the driest.
This lake is so wonderful. No need to travel far to go to attention-grabbing stuff like Rattlesnake Point, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Dunmore; Falls of Lana Trail is a glorious local trail.
