     The beauty of Lake Dunmore attracts many people from all around. Lake Dunmore is a beautiful lake in the Green Mountains. There are plenty of people from Rutland here at Lake Dunmore, and from Lake Dunmore you acquire a good sight of Oak Hill. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Middlebury River; camping at Waterhouse Campground and Marina is always a wonderful experience.
You just can't picture
 
   the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the Green Mountains has to offer. If the weather is great here at Lake Dunmore, you can go for a hike along the Falls of Lana Trail, and if you need a site to stay The Middlebury Inn is a great choice. Having a good time in the Green Mountains is easy. This lake is so wonderful. Otter Creek has a glorious whitewater paddling spot nearby; a short tour to Falls of Lana is always worthwhile.

You have to absolutely stop at Rattlesnake Point if you're here at Lake Dunmore; dry warm beds await you at Courtyard By Marriott Middlebury.
Through the months of summer highs here at Lake Dunmore reach the 80's, and the night is a bit cooler of course, usually in the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are generally in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Lake Dunmore.
