Do stop by Dry Pond while you're in this part of Vermont. If you need a place to stay Hilltop Inn is a fine choice, and there's good hiking along the Stevenson Brook Trail. If you get bored of Dry Pond, you could also stop by nearby Berlin Pond. This lake is so wonderful. and don't leave Dry Pond without first going for a hike along the Hedgehop Hill Loop Trail. Berlin Municipal Forest is a great local forest, and from Dry Pond you obtain a great vista of Irish Hill. For the duration of the days
of summer here at Dry Pond, high temperatures mostly get into the 70's, and the nighttime is rather cooler of course, commonly in the 50's. Highs throughout the wintertime are generally in the 20's, and after the sun is down throughout
