A splendid close by hotel is Avalanche Motel, and the snow is splendid at Bromley. This lake is so wonderful. Otter Creek Campground is a splendid campground nearby, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Baker Peak Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always explore close by Emerald Lake, and Danby Pond is a nice place to visit for more than one day, Campground A is a nice place to camp nearby.

This is a great vicinity for people who like lakes. Chipman Lake is a lake in the neighborhood, and on a perfect day you can take a hike along the Lake Trail.
