If you are in this part of Vermont make sure to pay a visit to Curtis Pond. After a long day outdoors CAPITAL INN is a nice place to spend a night or two; why not head up to Stowe and strap some skis to your feet. You don’t have to go far from Curtis Pond to see the water at Curtis Pond Dam, and camping at Curtis Pond is tremendous fun, Green Valley Campground is a tremendous local campground. can get bored here at Curtis Pond. Curtis Pond is one of the lakes here in the Green Mountains. So much enjoyable stuff to do here in the Green Mountains, too tremendous to be true. Going for a hike along the Silver Ledge Trail
will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and there's a brilliant forest called Calais Town Forest. Any time is a great time at Curtis Pond if you have a thing about the outdoors. At Curtis Pond you can see Blackberry
Hill, and get drenched paddling on Minister Brook. This lake is so wonderful. Have a good hiking adventure along the Owls Head Trail, and a day on the slopes of Smugglers Notch is just what you need. Here at Curtis Pond there
are plenty of people from Barre, and hiking along the Kettle Pond Trail is nice fun. This lake is so wonderful. A lake nearby is Bliss Pond, and a good nearby hotel is Hilltop Inn. All the water falling down from the sky makes Curtis
Pond a wet place; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is February.
