Crystal Pool is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Crystal Pool gets a great deal of water; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. If you get bored of Crystal Pool, you could also stop by close by Nelson Pond; there's a delightful forest called East Montpelier Municipal Forest. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Green Mountains. Take a hike on the Kettle

| | Pond Trail, and why not camp at Onion River Campground while you're here at Crystal Pool.
This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Winooski River, and some close by water includes Beaver Meadow Brook. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Owls Head Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood; Blackberry Hill is clearly visible from Crystal Pool. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. | |

If you like skiing, you're in luck; Stowe is right next door to Crystal Pool.
This location, the Green Mountains, has so much outdoors exciting things. There are some brilliant whitewater spots on Minister Brook, and dry warm
beds await you at Barre-Days Inn Barre/Montpelier. Hiking along the Silver Ledge Trail is splendid fun, and lots of folks from Barre come here. Now, you may assume that's plenty but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Crystal
Pool. If you need a place to stay Hilltop Inn is a perfect choice, and Sodom Pond is a nearby lake that you could stop by.
Through the summer months at Crystal Pool highs are frequently in the 60's while overnight lows are regularly
in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 10's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Crystal Pool. Adamant Pond Dam has good water scenery and it's close to Crystal Pool, and camping is available at Green Valley Campground. The Green Mountains scenery is always beautiful.
