Coles Pond really is in the middle of a pretty outdoors paradise. While you're here at Coles Pond you can take a hike along the Big Deer Mountain Trail; if you need a spot to stay Fairbanks Inn is a perfect choice. This lake is so wonderful. There are other places here than Coles Pond, for example Flagg Pond; on a pretty day you obtain a brilliant vista of Round Mountain from Coles Pond. This lake is so wonderful. A perfect nearby hotel is Holiday Motel and Annex; camping at Sugar Ridge RV Village & Camp is always a good experience. If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Green Mountains.
Whitewater paddling is glorious on Barton River; on a splendid day you can take a hike along the Peacham Bog Trail. The Osmore Pond Hiking Loop is a fine hiking trail in the neighborhood of Coles Pond. Lakes? Sure, Goslants Mill
