Cole Pond is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Cole Pond is one of the lakes here in the Green Mountains. Shatterack Mountain is a peak you can spot from Cole Pond, and there are perfect places to explore along the Overlook Trail.

of those close by, and Mt Snow Grand Summit Resort is a magnificent spot to get some rest.
This lake is so wonderful. Stratton has brilliant slopes and a friendly staff, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close
by Magic Mountain. Summertime highs at Cole Pond usually tend to be in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are typically in the 30's with temperatures at Cole Pond dipping down into the 10's through winter nights.
