This lake is so wonderful. A glorious nearby hotel is Hollow Inn and Motel, and in the event that you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Winooski River. If you love the outdoors you'll love it here in the Green Mountains. Coits Pond is close to West Hill Pond Dam which is a       picturesque place unquestionably worth taking a look at, and whitewater paddling is nice on Lamoille River - Wild Branch. All the outdoors fun things close to Coits Pond will keep you coming back repeatedly. Have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Kettle Pond Trail. There's so much to do here at Coits Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Idle Hours Campground is a splendid place for that. All through the warm days of summer highs here at Coits                  Pond reach the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's.
