Go to Chester Reservoir if you want to go to a nice lake. If you fancy the outdoors you'll fancy it here in the Green Mountains. If you need a site to stay Motel In the Meadow is a delightful choice, and Okemo is a good local ski area. If only every location had this much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great planet it would be. There are some brilliant whitewater spots on Black River. | | here for a while, Hidden Valley Campgrounds is a great place for that. This lake is so wonderful. Cavendish Inn is a great site to get some rest, and Mount Flamstead is clearly visible from Chester Reservoir. This lake is one of the great places here in the Green Mountains. adventure along the Slot Trail, and the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Wymans Falls. This place, the Green Mountains, has so much outdoors amusing stuff. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Williams River; do take a hike
on the Hang Glider Trail. For the duration of the warm days of summer here at Chester Reservoir, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs
