Western Ludlow Colonial Motel. This lake is so wonderful. Castle Hill Resort and Spa is a delightful place to get some rest, and you can run the rapids of Black River. The annual rainfall here at Chester Reservoir is about average;

Trail offers hiking at its best, and a day on the slopes of Okemo is just what you need. This lake is one of the great places here in the Green Mountains.
