    Chapels Pond is a lake worth visiting. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Winooski River close to Chapels Pond; you can stay the night at Green Valley Campground. Summertime highs at Chapels Pond mostly tend to be in the 60's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are commonly in the 10's; overnight lows at Chapels Pond during the winter mostly descend into the 0's. Get your  
   heart pumping on the perfect whitewater of Minister Brook, and Adamant Pond Dam is not far at all from Chapels Pond.
Chapels Pond is located in the Green Mountains. Hilltop Inn is a brilliant location to get some rest; hiking is a popular thing to do around Chapels Pond; Kettle Pond Trail is a nice local trail. This place, the Green Mountains, has so much outdoors exciting things. Here at Chapels Pond you'll probably meet some folks from Barre; dry warm
 
               beds await you at CAPITAL INN.
So many exciting things in the vicinity of Chapels Pond, just astonishing. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Owls Head Trail; there's some flowing water nearby, Beaver Meadow Brook is a stream you can visit while here. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Chapels Pond has to offer, you can camp at Onion River Campground, and the Silver Ledge Trail offers hiking at its best.
Having a great time at Chapels Pond is easy. Not far from Chapels Pond you can enjoy the trees of East Montpelier Municipal Forest, and at Chapels Pond you can catch a sight of Long Meadow Hill. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Green Mountains. What would winter be without some skiing at Stowe, and a scenic lake like Adamant Pond is a magnificent place to stop by. Chapels Pond is a relatively wet place typically with much precipitation; August is the wettest month with most rain while February is generally the driest month.
