Chapels Pond is a lake worth visiting. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Winooski River close to Chapels Pond; you can stay the night at Green Valley Campground. Summertime highs at Chapels Pond mostly tend to be in the 60's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are commonly in the 10's; overnight lows at Chapels Pond during the winter mostly descend into the 0's. Get your

Chapels Pond is a relatively wet place typically with much precipitation; August is the wettest month with most rain while February is generally the driest month.
