The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Cedar Lake. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 20's with temperatures at Cedar Lake dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights. Yep, outdoors amusing stuff to do are in fact abundant here at Cedar Lake. This       lake is so wonderful. Why not check out close by Pond Brook since you're here at Cedar Lake, and you can have a perfect hiking adventure along the Jerusalem Trail. You could also have a look at Scott Pond if you're here at Cedar Lake; it's nearby, and Cedar Lake is right by the Beaver Meadow Trail. Cedar Knoll Country Club is a fine golf course close by, and why not head up to Mad River Glen and strap some skis to your feet. If you come at the right time                  of year, Lewis Creek offers some glorious whitewater, and hiking along the Abbey Pond Trail is tremendous fun. The amount of precipitation that falls at Cedar Lake is close to the national average; most of the rain falls throughout August, and the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Cochran Ski Center, and after a long day outdoors Residence Inn Burlington Williston is a wonderful place to spend a night or two. Nearby lakes? Sure, Vergennes Watershed is in the neighborhood of Cedar Lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Rivers Bend Campground is a good site to camp. So much exciting stuff right next door to Cedar Lake, clearly phenomenal.
