Get your heart beating on the great whitewater of White River, and you'll never forgive yourself if you       don’t go skiing at Suicide Six if you're here. If only every spot had this much outdoors entertaining things, what a great earth it would be. You'll meet a lot of folks from Lebanon here, and skiing at Twin Farms is one of those things you just should do. Quality Inn At Quechee Gorge is a wonderful site to get some rest, and why not camp at K O A Kampgrounds while you're here at C C C Pond. The Green Mountains scenery is always beautiful. This lake is                  so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Super 8 White River Junction is a great spot to spend a night or two, and there's whitewater on Ompompanoosuc River - West Branch for all you adrenaline rush seekers. On a great day at C C C Pond you can take a hike along the Mount Peg Foot and Bridal Trails; close by you come across the Wrights Mountain Trail which is a nice hiking trail. There are other places here than C C C Pond, for example Crescent Lake, and there is a wonderful hiking trail nearby called the Dartmouth Outing Club Trail. And if that's not enough, there's a load more to do near C C C Pond. At C C C Pond all through the long summer days highs are in the 70's, and the nighttime is somewhat colder of course, typically in the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and overnight lows at C C C Pond through the winter ordinarily sink into the-10's. Having a wonderful time in the Green Mountains is painless.
