    Butler Pond is a lake worth visiting. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Trapp Family Lodge is a glorious choice, and camping at Gold Brook Campground is always a tremendous experience. And if that's not sufficient, there's plenty more to do right next door to Butler Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Stevenson Brook Trail; you can run the rapids of Little River.
If only every place had this much outdoors
 
   amusing things, what a great globe it would be. There are other spots here than Butler Pond, for example Waterbury Reservoir, and you can go for a hike on the Hedgehop Hill Loop Trail. These mountains rock, just look at all the enjoyable things to do in the Green Mountains. If you're here at Butler Pond and you like golf, you can go to Blush Hill Country Club; hiking is a popular thing to do around Butler Pond; Dalley Loop Trail is a great local trail. Lakes are such  
               peaceful locations, why not take a look at Light Trout Club Lake in the vicinity of Butler Pond; lots of people from Barre come here.
Butler Pond is a good location of typical rainfall; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain while February is typically the driest month. Bolton Valley has great slopes and a friendly staff, and Winooski River is a tremendous whitewater spot nearby. If you want a delightful time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Green Mountains. Crosset Brook flows through this neighborhood; Butler Pond is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Duxbury Campground is a delightful local campground.
Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Waterbury-Stowe, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Stowe. Butler Pond is a beautiful lake in the Green Mountains. For the period of the months of summer highs here at Butler Pond get into the 60's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 10's with temperatures at Butler Pond dipping down into the 0's during winter nights.
