During the months of summer, highs generally are in the 80's at Burleson Pond. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. Through the winter the highs are generally in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Burleson Pond descend into the 0's. A glorious spot for whitewater paddling next to Burleson Pond is Missisquoi River; Burleson Pond is a perfect site to visit for       more than one day, Hazen's Notch Campground is a perfect site to camp nearby. Burleson Pond gets much water; during August this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. Smugglers Notch is a splendid local ski area. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Jay Peak is near Burleson Pond; why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Enosburg Falls Country Club. If you don’t have a problem                  getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Lamoille River; La Quinta Inn & Suites St. Albans is a brilliant spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such calm sites, why not stop by Little Pond near Burleson Pond, and since you're here, you could take a look at Mineral Brook. This spot is excellent, just explore all the cool things to do near Burleson Pond. Millpond Campground is a delightful campground nearby, and Enosburg Falls Municipal Forest is a tremendous local forest.
