Looking for some flowing water? Try Mineral Brook, and there's pleasant hiking along the Bayley Hazen Military Road Trail. Not far from Burleson Pond, you'll hit upon Enosburg Falls Reservoir which is a striking lake, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Smugglers Notch. There are some perfect whitewater spots on Lamoille River, and you can hit the slopes at Jay Peak in the neighborhood. Just can't get enough of Burleson Pond. Lakes?

| | Sure, Little Pond is in close proximity. There's so much to do here at Burleson Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Hazen's Notch Campground is a nice spot for that. Dry warm beds await you at La Quinta Inn AND Suites St Albans. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Burleson Pond has to offer, you can camp at Millpond Campground. whitewater, and the trees of Enosburg Falls Municipal Forest are a fine source of shade on hot summer days. Summer at Burleson Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and the night is quite colder of course, commonly in the
50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Burleson Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Enosburg Falls Country Club. All
the water falling down from the sky makes Burleson Pond a wet spot; the month with most of the rain is August; February is when it's the driest.
