    Many people like to go to Burleson Pond. During the months of summer, highs generally are in the 80's at Burleson Pond. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. Through the winter the highs are generally in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Burleson Pond descend into the 0's. A glorious spot for whitewater paddling next to Burleson Pond is Missisquoi River; Burleson Pond is a perfect site to visit for  
   more than one day, Hazen's Notch Campground is a perfect site to camp nearby. Burleson Pond gets much water; during August this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
This lake is so wonderful. Smugglers Notch is a splendid local ski area. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Jay Peak is near Burleson Pond; why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Enosburg Falls Country Club. If you don’t have a problem
 
               getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Lamoille River; La Quinta Inn & Suites St. Albans is a brilliant spot to get some rest.
This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such calm sites, why not stop by Little Pond near Burleson Pond, and since you're here, you could take a look at Mineral Brook. This spot is excellent, just explore all the cool things to do near Burleson Pond. Millpond Campground is a delightful campground nearby, and Enosburg Falls Municipal Forest is a tremendous local forest. The Bayley Hazen Military Road Trail is a fine hiking trail in the vicinity of Burleson Pond, and there are other spots here than Burleson Pond, for example Enosburg Falls Reservoir.

Jay Peak is well known for its glades and extreme chutes but there's more to the mountain than just expert terrain ? like The Zone, Jay Peak's learning area, which includes 4 lifts that access 11 trails and introductory glades....
Hmm? Jay Peak seems like it has two peaks, shouldn't it be called Jay Peaks? But other than the confusing name I have no complaints. Lots of good runs....

We stayed at Brewster River in August/05 and found it to be one of the nicest spots. It was incredibly clean and Bill the owner was very personable.Highly recommended if you're thinking of camping and hiking in that area of Vermont....
