Do stop by Bullhead Pond while you're in this part of Vermont. This lake is so wonderful. Dufresne Pond Dam has tremendous water scenery and it's next to Bullhead Pond, and camping at Campground C is always a glorious experience. Bullhead Pond is a wet site that gets a large amount of rain; August is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is February. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining things the Green Mountains has

| | to offer. You'll come across a scenic lake called South Village Pond near Bullhead Pond; a round of golf at nearby Equinox Country Club is a nice way to kill some time. If you go for the outdoors, you'll love Bullhead Pond. At Bullhead Pond you always meet someone from Bennington. like Pickerel Pond is a nice location to visit. Skiing at Snow Valley is one of those things you just ought to do, and Bullhead Pond is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Maryville Campground and Gift Shop is a pleasant
local campground. On a great day at Bullhead Pond you can take a hike along the Mad Tom Trail, and don't forget to take a great little trip to Little Mad Tom Brook. This is no place for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. You
can run the rapids of Roaring Branch near Bullhead Pond; a good close by hotel is Inns at the Equinox. Bullhead Pond is one of the lakes here in the Green Mountains. Having a good time in the Green Mountains is easy. There is
a glorious hiking trail next to Bullhead Pond called the Lye Brook Trail, and there's whitewater on Big Branch for all you adrenaline kick people. This lake is so wonderful. You can never get enough of the good skiing at Bromley, and close by you come across the Lake Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail.
