Bullhead Pond is a nice lake to visit. Bullhead Pond is a beautiful lake in the Green Mountains. If the weather is fine here at Bullhead Pond, you can go for a hike along the Mad Tom Trail, and Little Mad Tom Brook is one of the streams nearby that might be worth visiting. The scenery at Dufresne Pond Dam close to Bullhead Pond is stunning, and there is a good hiking trail close by called the Lake Trail.
You feel that's enough? Just getting warmed up.

| | Summertime highs at Bullhead Pond generally tend to be in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Bullhead Pond are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. If you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Roaring Branch; dry warm beds await you at Four Winds Country Motel.

but it goes on, the Green Mountains has it all. Lakes? Sure, Dufresne Pond is close by; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Bromley is relatively near. Bullhead Pond is a spot with many visitors from Bennington, and the snow is splendid
at Snow Valley. You absolutely must fancy Bullhead Pond. There's so much to do here at Bullhead Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Maryville Campground and Gift Shop is a pleasant place for that, and Equinox Country Club
is a good golf course close by.
Bullhead Pond sees pretty high levels of rainfall; during August this area sees the most rain while February is frequently the driest month. Be careful coming to the Green Mountains, you might not
ever want to go back home again. Big Branch is a delightful whitewater spot near Bullhead Pond, and if you came to camp Campground C is a magnificent site to do that. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Inn at Willow
Pond is a good location to spend a night or two, and on a wonderful day you can take a hike along the Lye Brook Trail.
